We know from time to time you may have questions on your order.

Here are the answers to our most asked questions. For answers to other questions you may have please click on the links in the column to the left!

Where is my order?

  • You should have received a confirmation email when you placed your order and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.
  • If it has been more than 3 days since you placed your order and you haven’t received an email from us, check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. If you can’t find your tracking email, contact our friendly customer support team at help@activateapparel.com, or through chat on our home page and we would be more than happy to assist you.

Exchanges

We made our exchange policy as easy as possible for you! You can make returns within up to 60 days of your original order date. If you need a different size, color, or style, please email us at help@activateapparel.com or chat with us on our homepage. Be sure to provide your original order number, email address, name on the order, description of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. We will have your item reprinted and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Replacement Orders

We will gladly provide you with a replacement item or refund for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • Part of your order is missing from the package
  • You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHLGlobalmail.
  • You can contact us at help@activateapparel.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please be sure to provide your original order number, and a description of what what item(s) you would like us to replace and any changes needed on your replacement order.

Changes to Orders Not Yet Shipped

You can make changes to your order if your order has not already processed through our printing cycle. Click on the electronic receipt you received from us to edit your shipping address, shirt size, or color of an item. If your order has already processed, just email us at help@activateapparel.com or chat with us from our home page during our regular chat hours. If your order has already shipped, we’ve got you covered with our super easy return/exchange policy.

Cancellations

Changed you mind after you’ve ordered? Do you need to cancel the order? We can help you with that! Contact us through email at help@activateapparel.com or chat with us from our home page during our regular chat hours. We would be more than happy to help you with the issue. We will issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days.

Returns

If you receive an item you are not completely satisfied with, email us help@activateapparel.com any time day or night, or chat with us from our home page from Monday through Friday from 10am to 9pm EST, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 6pm EST.

Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return via email or chat. We will work to quickly issue a replacement for your product order.
